Anna is currently accepting new clients for psychotherapy over telehealth (with some availability for new in-person clients) and psychological assessment/evaluation. Please see below for more information or schedule a free phone call for additional information.

Note: Due to employment in PCSD#1 in Wyoming, Anna will not be accepting clients that attend a school within that district.

Psychotherapy for adolescents and adults

Psychological Testing/Evaluation for children and adolescents

Example areas of evaluation include: Mental health, ADHD, Autism, and Intellectual/Cognitive Disability

Comprehensive evaluations include a records review, an interview(s) with individual and potentially family members, in-person psychological testing, results, and recommendations

Consultation, Training, and Independent Evaluations

Anna has experience with completing court ordered evaluations for adjudicated youth and independent educational evaluations. She has also provided trainings on trauma to agencies such as law enforcement. Anna is also able to provide consultation to agencies or clinicians practicing within her scope.   • Comprehensive evaluations involve interviews and face-to-face testing in various domains (cognitive abilities; academics; attention and executive functioning; social, emotional, and behavioral functioning, etc.). Testing is comprehensive but also individualized to meet the needs of each client. Testing often includes rating scales to be completed by parents, teachers, or other individuals. Anna will work with each client to determine appropriate testing. Individualized recommendations will be provided to each client. The results and recommendations will be discussed in a thorough feedback session at the end of the testing process.

  • No, Anna is an out-of-network provider (OON). However, Anna can provide you with a Super Bill (receipt of services) that you are able to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to learn more about your OON mental health benefits.

  • *Anna provides a free 15-minute consultation to individuals to determine whether Anna’s therapy or assessment services are a good fit for you or your child. For individuals interested in testing, Anna will discuss potential options/costs.

    The cost of an individual 60-minute psychotherapy appointment is $175.

    The cost of diagnostic testing depends on the individual needs of the client. However, the starting cost of an evaluation is $1,150. See below for a comprehensive breakdown of fees associated with psychological testing.

    - Initial consultation session (approximately 120 minutes/2 hours) including a comprehensive clinical interview: $300
    -Subsequent direct face-to-face diagnostic testing: $275 per hour.
    (Administration, review, and interpretation of electronic rating forms, interpretation of testing results, and report writing is included in the cost of face-to-face testing.)
    -Sixty to 120-minute feedback session to review results of testing with a written diagnostic report: $300

    A comprehensive psychological evaluation is available for a flat fee of $2900. Anna will discuss appropriate testing based on the specific needs of the individual as well as the best option financially.

  • Payments are accepted in person (cash) or via our secure client payment portal (debit/credit or HSA/FSA cards). If paying via credit/debit card or HSA/FSA cards, we require a card remain on file in our payment portal for timely processing of payments at the time of service. All payments are due prior to or at the time of service. Payment plans, discounted fees, and pro bono services are considered on an individual basis.

  • Weekly therapy services last an hour. The number of sessions depends on the individual and presenting concerns. However, research suggests that 50% of individuals show improvement or symptom reduction after 15-20 sessions. Anna will discuss with each client what therapy may entail. Anna emphasizes consistent, open, and honest communication with her clients which includes ongoing discussions about how clients are feeling about therapy, their progress, and the time frame of services/termination.
